It sure does.  There a numerous threads about the fixed font sizes used in Pegasus Mail.  This includes the font in the toolbars, new mail header fields and preferences and settings windows just to name a few.  The only practical option that I know of is to reduce the screen resolution.  I reduced mine to 1600x900.  Fonts are still small but I find it the best balance between Pegasus Mail usability and how it affects other apps.

I have progressively poorer eyesight issues...ie 'age', and find it hard to read all the menus, toolbars etc in Pegasus Mail. How can those be made bigger?  My system is Windows 7 set for Large fonts.  Pegasus Mail 4.63.

I note the size of fonts set even in the toolbar of this forum is quite small too despite me having set the browser to also have larger font (using Opera 11.xx).  

Is this part of the similar problem described specificallly in another posting regarding the font size of the "To:" field ?
