There are two. If I delete them they re-appear the next time I start Pegasys. If I send them, same thing.

I've read the threads about taking care of empty message that do the same thing but these are definitely non-zero sized files.

With Windows Explorer and on closed Pegasus go to your mailbox, search for  files ending on PMO, PMX, PMW or PNX. There should be a pair with to of those extensions. For some reasons (i.e. an antivirus) Pegasus seems not to be able to delete at least one of this files. You may edit them to ensure you get the relevant pair - they are textfiles. If found - delete them.
