Filtering rule not working as expected

I have a general rule set that is attached to a child folder and which is triggered when the folder is opened.

Recently, I added the rule at the top of the list shown in the image link below. The rule checks the body for an expression and if present it should move the message to another child folder. The other rules work fine.

When I open the child folder the top rule is not processed. Can anyone help me fix this, please?

Also, I suggest changing the action to a set color action during troubleshooting. This helps to identify whether the problem is with the expression or the action.

This is strange because I realised what the problem was as soon as I had posted this question. I deleted the post seconds after it appeared in the forum. Why is it still here? Please delete this thread. Thanks
