Error encountered in copyself.PMM folder

Everytime I attempt to close the program (using 4.70), I get a window stating that the following error was encountered in the copyself.PMM folder:

**Probable invalid offset in index record

The recommendation is to right-click the "Copies to self" folder in the folder list and re-index.

When I attempt that, I get a message stating that the folder is currently open and must be closed before re-indexing. Problem is I never opened the folder. I now notice that whenever I start the program, it appears in the list of open folders under "Window" in the Menu bar.

Can anyone help?

Thanks,

Howard

Use window menu to cascade or tile open windows and that should bring copyself back into view and then you can close it properly. While it is closed then perform the compression and check and reindex if necessary.

You may also, with winpm-32 closed, use mbxmaint_ui.exe from same location as winpm-32.exe is located. Mbxmaint can perform several functions including repair etc..
