Deleted several PMO and PMW files which were 1 kb or 0 kb. Seems to have fixed the problem.

pmail autogenerates outgoing message
This just started yesterday. Whenever I access new mail pmail (v. 4.7) seems to generate a new outgoing message! No subject, no recipient, no body, just the outgoing message shell. If i delete it from the outgoing message cue, another new outgoing message just pops again. What's going on?

Use Windows Explorer and delete any zero length PMO, PMX or PMW file from the HOME mail directory.
If you don't know where the HOME mail directory is use Info button located in Help | About Pegasus Mail...
