I'm getting very frustrated trying to get new mail filtering to work on one email I receive regularly. I have set up several new mail filtering rules and all work fine except from one individual. I have redefined the rule several times to filter on headers, expressions, on the actual email address, the nickname, etc. I've tried everything I can think of to get the emails from this one individual to go into the desired folder. I've verified the email address against the filter rule several times. The header information matches the filter rule, but it still gets put into junk mail. Can anyone offer any suggestions on where else to look or what else to try to get the rule to perform correctly?

Thanks in advance,

Bob

Junk mail filtering happens before new mail rules are applied, IOW you need to check Content Control rules or need to train Spamhalter in such a way that it doesn't remove the message from the new mail folder before new mail rules are applied.
