<p>By way of explanation to set the scene:</p><p>I run a program on our mailserver which holds identified spam and then generates an email to the intended recipient providing several options to either DELETE, RELEASE or RELEASE & WHITELIST the held email.</p><p>After selecting the desired option an email reply is generated to the mail server populated with the following:</p><p><b>To: Autorelease@domain_name</b></p><p><b>Subject: RELWHITE8232B3CC19A0453C983AA7DD7D6F8ECB</b></p><p>This works as intended on one computer but not the other - both are running  Pegasus 4.7</p><p>The second computer does the following:</p><p><b>To: </b><b>Autorelease@domain name?Subject=</b><b>RELWHITE8232B3CC19A0453C983AA7DD7D6F8ECB</b></p><p>This necessitates the cutting and pasting the intended subject line manually. </p><p>What am I missing in the setup of Pegasus when for all intents all settings appear to be the same?</p><p>I appreciate any feedback / advice.</p><p> </p><p>Boris  </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p>

How are you generating the auto-reply?

<p>From a template which is populated with the "reply to" email addy and the message ID number.</p><p>The reply action offers several options depending on the status of the held email,  </p><p>The correct method works on a number of computers except for one. </p><p> </p>
