By way of explanation to set the scene:

I run a program on our mailserver which holds identified spam and then generates an email to the intended recipient providing several options to either DELETE, RELEASE or RELEASE & WHITELIST the held email.

After selecting the desired option an email reply is generated to the mail server populated with the following:

To: Autorelease@domain_name

Subject: RELWHITE8232B3CC19A0453C983AA7DD7D6F8ECB

This works as intended on one computer but not the other - both are running  Pegasus 4.7

The second computer does the following:

To: Autorelease@domain name?Subject=RELWHITE8232B3CC19A0453C983AA7DD7D6F8ECB

This necessitates the cutting and pasting the intended subject line manually.

What am I missing in the setup of Pegasus when for all intents all settings appear to be the same?

I appreciate any feedback / advice.

Hi,

Anybody willing to make a "best guess" on what the issue is?

This is proving quite frustrating and inconvenient with the volume of email I process.

Thanks,

From a template which is populated with the "reply to" email addy and the message ID number.

The reply action offers several options depending on the status of the held email,

The correct method works on a number of computers except for one.
