ISP changing from POP3 to IMAP

Disable your POP3 definition in Tools | Internet options.

Set up an IMAP profile in Tools | IMAP profiles.

Outgoing (SMTP) shouldn't be affected.

Hello Pegasorum:

My ISP is changing from POP3 to IMAP. At present, the pop settings still work, but we have received notice that the POP3 server (or service?) will be discontinued.

There may be help items somewhere about how to configure Pegasus to connect incoming and outgoing mail with an IMAP service, but I do not know where to find them.

Any pointers will be gratefully received.
