Lost folder

I have lost the Copy to Self folder. I copied to my current pmail/mail\[user] folder the heirarch.pmj & state.pmj files from an earlier backup when the missing folder existed. But the missing folder is still missing.

I would appreciate any suggestions for restoring the missing folder.
