pegasus downloading all mail instead of unread only

At a set time means a particular time of day. Periodically means checking after a set time has elapsed since the last check.

However as far as I am aware this extension is no longer supported and might not be functional.

Hi all,

I have Pegasus 4.7 and it is set to leave mail on server (so I can access on my phone) - ie "Delete mail on server once ..." is not checked.

In download controls "Download only unread mail..." is checked.

And I delete manually from the server every week, leaving roughly the last 30 days of mail.

This normally works fine. Every once in a while, in particular when I have a large number of mails on the server, Pegasus would try to download all. I would stop the download and it would start working properly again.

In the last two days, however, Pegasus always tries to download everything on the server (hundreds of mail). I've tried logging out, rebooting, etc, but the problem remains.

Anyone have any ideas as to what is causing this and how I can resolve the problem?

Thanks for your help on this! Otherwise I'm stuck using webmail :(

I went ahead and let Pegasus download all 1000 messages and now it seems to be working again, ie after the download, it is now downloading only unread mail.

In any event, I would greatly appreciate any insight anyone might have as to why this happened and how to avoid it in the future.

Thanks!
