How to close a folder to reindex it?

Did you try mbxmaint_ui.exe as I suggested in your previous thread?

My Main Folder says I have a "Data error, Probably invalid offset" and to reindex it, but the program claims the folder is currently open and won't do it. How do I close the folder? - even rebooting the computer doesn't get rid of this message.

I seem to be plagued with things that go wrong with the Main Folder - usually it says Quit immediately and restore the folder from a backup
