Force processing of Mercury Core Process Pending Jobs?

Hi PaulW,

Thanks for the reply.  No, they got sent after a few minutes.  I was just being impatient, and wanted to know if I could force them somehow.  It sounds like that isn't an option, and you just have to wait.  I even tried exiting and restarting the server, but that didn't force them either.

Is there a way to force "Pending" jobs listed under the Mercury Core Process to re-try?  I had a temporary configuration error, which caused some outgoing emails to fail.  I've fixed the problem, and new emails send okay, but the ones that failed initially are stuck in the "Pending" state.  I assume there is some timeout the program is waiting for before it re-tries to send them, but I was wondering if I can force it somehow to re-try?  I clicked "Force Poll", but that doesn't seem to do anything.

 Thanks,

Mark

Are they still pending?  Usually the messages just wait in the queue directory until they are re-tried.  If your configuration is now correct they should then have been processed properly.
