I don't routinely use IMAP but have it configured for testing purposes and a quick test indicates that you can create an IMAP profile in Pegasus Mail, connect to it, then copy the message to its "new or unread mail (INBOX)" folder which will put them back on the server which I assume is what you mean when you say "back into the imap-folder".
