Phoantom message in queue
There's an entry in the outgoing message gueue with a size of 0 that cannot be opened & upon closing the app a message appears offering options to send & close or close without sending. Even when I delete this "message" it comes back he next time I access the queue.
Is there a solution for this?

Delete any zero length .PMO, .PMX and .PMW files in your Home mailbox directory.
If you don't know the location of your home mailbox directory go to Help | About Pegasus Mail then click the Info button.
