ClamAV 0.99.4 has been released

I inquired about this log entry on the clamav-users list and received acknowledgement that they are aware and will fix it.  Functionality is not affected.

I noticed that too.  I should have tested it BEFORE announcing its existence.

Here it just looks as if the string "clamav-0.99.4" is wrong, because in the previous versions there was always "0.99.x".

the way: I also find a version with OpenSSL 1.1.0 support (0.100.beta),

but the OpenSSL version used there is very old (v1.1.0c I think)
