Pegasus Mail Suggestions
Message close button missing

Hi,

I work in maximized view and when I write a new mail or even open the system messages then I do not have at first the close/minimize/maximize buttons for the sub window.
I have to change back to the tab of the main view and then again to the new mail to see the close button.

Create new mail:
6231abc6470cc

After changing the tab back to another window and back to new mail the "close/minimize/maximize" buttons are present:
6231ab4ae58ca

Pegasus v4.81 Beta

Confirmed in v4.80. I seems to only happen with the new message window.

A workaround for now is to stretch the new mail window to full screen instead of maximizing it.

This behavior also happen in other windows like:

  • Open saved messages
  • Messages in queue
  • System messages
  • New mail

And the point is you have no chance to close the windows directly, even in new mails you can press abort to close the window. For the others you always have to click back and forth and back again, which is really annoying.
Normally it should be a small thing to be easy corrected and make the life of the users easier.

Never say never ...: Try [Ctrl] + [F4] ... (and don't confuse it with [Alt] + [F4]!)
