Client cant see my replies

Why is this happening?:

I'm not sure what to do here...I still just keep getting that "please be sure to page down and see our reply below:" message and the rest of the message is blank.

And when they reply, I'm seeing all the text I sent them.

Is this supposed to be an error message what you're talking about?

The middle 2 lines are from a client. All other clients can read my emails OK. I don't know what to change, so this one can.

I don't think you can do anything about this since it's apparently the client's application failing, so (s)he's the one who needs to investigate: What email application, what operating system, check on the email provider's web mail access page, can we get a raw text version of the complete message including its headers as received from the client without any further modifications by the client (most recipients would fail to do so, I'm afraid, but then it's really not your and our task to "fix the Internet" ).

When you reply - try sending yourself a CC: to a gmail account, and see if you see the message.
Are they looking at messages with the GMAIL web browser, or are they using some other client?

Pegasus can send mesage with plain text, RTF, html, and perhaps others?
When you reply which boxes have check marks.

Perhaps you could have them forward what they get back to examine it.

Spamhaus can refuse queries from open resolvers. OpenDNS is a open DNS resolver. This site explains things: https://www.spamhaus.com/resource-center/successfully-accessing-spamhauss-free-block-lists-using-a-public-dns/
It specifically refers to Google DNS but other large public DNS services like OpenDNS and Cloudflare would be the same.

Changing your DNS servers may solve the problem. There is a program out there by GRC that is designed to benchmark DNS nameservers but I found it to be valuable as a tool to identify DNS servers that were available for me to use.
Find it here: https://www.grc.com/dns/benchmark.htm

All of that said, I don't think that the spamhaus issue is the cause of the problem you originally posted about since delivery of the message is not being blocked.
