In your IMAP profile editor, switch to the "Performance" page and uncheck "Use fast folder listing commands". This problem is in the queue to be fixed. Cheers! -- David --

<p>Hi all,</p><p>using Pegasus for quite some time now, I started to use IMAP profiles to connect to my Mercury IMAP server. Connecting to Mercury IMAP is just fine, all  folders / filing trays are displayed. turn off the folder within folder support in the general option settings of your IMAP profile
