SpamHalter - How to make it work?
Technicaly, spamhalter plugin can be called for IMAP messages too. But problem is outside. In case of IMAP PMail not have place where can be stored classification result. This is reason why PMail not using SpamHalter on IMAP accounts.
That doesn't quite make sense because I can reclassify the message as Spam or Ham and when I do, I can move the message to different folders, add annotations, or anything and the classification follows the message around just fine. So, it must be storing it somehow?

I've downloaded Pegasus mail this morning and have been enjoying it thus far. I have manually classified about 50 junk mail messages and 200 or so ham messages manually. I enabled SpamHalter as well, Tools>Spam and content controls>SpamHalter>Enable SpamHalter. However, no new spam coming into my email box is being marked. When I view the message, there is a Stoplight icon (Red/Green) and both are Grey. It reports: "This message has no or uncertian spam classification." However, if I right click on the message: SpamHalter Classification>Explain Spam Classification, it reports: Stored spam probability: 0%, Current spam probability: 100%.... I have my spam folder selected as "Junk or suspicious mail" but nothing ever goes to it.

 Am I doing something wrong?

 Thanks, Jeremy

I think I figured it out. SpamHalter does not work on IMAP accounts?!?!? That will be a killer for me. Is this really true?

Yes, this is true.

Technicaly, spamhalter plugin can be called for IMAP messages too. But problem is outside. In case of IMAP PMail not have place where can be stored classification result. This is reason why PMail not using SpamHalter on IMAP accounts.

However, if you are using Mercury/32 server, you can use Spamhalter on this server as central protection.
