Add mailbox to list problem

You need to do this by hand, once. It will stick at next restart.

I am trying to setup a new users mailbox (Steph) where another users mailbox folders (Debra) appears beneath Stephs folders.

Using Folders/Add mailbox to list I can do this but, if Steph closes Pegasus and logs in again then Debra's folders have vanished.
Any way of making this permenant?
Lynn

Is "Save Pegasus Mail desktop state between sessions" ticked in Tools -> Options -> Basic?  I seen to recall that you need to to make the added mailbox sticky.

Wonderful [:)]

Thank you, I had totally forgotten about the desktop state not being saved between sessions by default.
Now enabled and working but.............. none of the settings (of Debra's folders) are in their normal format i.e. all the message folders are there but they are not in folders (filing trays) as per the view in Debra's.
Any idea on how to do that?
Thanks.
Lynn

That's by design. You can have your own "view"on how to store/group mailboxes. E.g. if you want only some folders to see create a "Will not see" tray and store all folders that you will not see in it, that way you can only pick out the important folders.

Just FYI: The new mail count will NOT update when new mail arrives in the new mail folder of an added mailbox.

I would really like Debra's folders/trays shown as exactly the same under Stephs mailbox, any idea on how I can enable that?
Thanks again for your help.
