Icon size in 4.6.1

One of the first changes I make to most programs I use is to make the icons smaller. I'd love to have the same option in 4.6.1. I find the current icons annoyingly large.

Otherwise, my hat is off to the developers of the new version. It loads and runs much faster on my 32-bit Win7 system.
