1.    Tools | IMAP Profiles allows you to setup an IMAP account.

2.    Tools | Internet options | (Sending) SMTP allows to to setup a SMTP host that supports the sending using the e-mail address of the IMAP4 account.

3,    Tools | Internet options | General allows you to setup your IMAP4 e-mail address.
