Crazy subject and the command for unsubscribe is included two times.
Maybe you include a meanfull subject like "subscribe" or "unsubscribe" (if not set in listheader - some mailservers want commands in subjectline) and remove the second command, because this will result in an error-message?
Yes indeed 6.54 is top notch - with later versions of Mailwasher all filters have to be recreated as the two are incompatible - bad development strategy,
I have been using Mailwasher for years and over time have built up a very effective list of filters to delete mail from open proxy servers - 99.9% of which is spam. Anyone wishing to download this filter list from me is very welcome to do so.
I think it would be nice to highlight some text, click the link icon, and have the highlighted text automatically inserted into the text field of the insert hyperlink dialog box.
FYI Pegasus Mail V5 has a completely new Address Book facility (Contacts), which provides icons for most functions, including the Delete and Edit you would like to see. $64,000 question: When? Answer: Wait for an announcement hopefully this year.
Being called upon as tech support to my spouse fairly frequently to re-arrange her Pegasus startup Windows; I suggest a 'Startup Configuration/Windows Locking' option.
So that Pegasus starts up looking the same way & getting the same Identity e-mail in the same appearance as has been originally set up & the user is used to seeing.
May I suggest that you look at a General Ruleset, and use the "Age older than" rule with an Action set to Move the message to a seperate folder. Notice that the Age rule can be either a number of days old or older than a specific date. Attach the rule to the folder to be controlled.
This will require the setup of a series of folders with similar name to the originals (but not identical). I would suggest names such as "Arc-Mainfolder" so that you can see all your archive folders grouped together to monitor the archived capacity using Windows Explorer or one of the Pegasus Mail tools (ie PMRestArch)
Whether it is a "Live Sync" or a simple import/export of vCards (any version) doesn't really matter at present, because the current Pegasus Mail address book is very limited in the number of data items it can hold. As well there are structural differences which cannot be avoided. Even things like vCard sets will need some conversion. So until the finalized layout of the new version of Pegasus Mail is published, it will not be possible to program a conversion process.
For now there are a number of third party apps, that can exchange vCards with Google and maybe via Live Sync as you mentioned.
Agreed - thats the vast majority of my recently used addresses. ignore/flag/highlight/report the rest. Or just put the entry - which is an e-mail address - in the book by itself.
I wish there were a PMAIL App for Android and other smartphones. Of course not being a programmer I have no idea what would be involved in achieving that.
You can't change priority (or any other property) with mails in IMAP-folders. Times change and so there should be an option to disable this feature or including another cloumn in folderview with the possibility to sort on it ... highlighting the mail should otherwise be enough.
I am extremely light sensitive and have to use Windows 7 with a high contrast theme of black background with white text.
Please improve Pegasus Mail's ability to use system colors, and/or provide a built-in theme with black background. Currently, using the system colors with my theme results in some emails being unreadable in the reader, (black text on black background) and also in the compose window when replying to email with quotations. The behaviour is somewhat inconsistent and I'm sorry I cannot be more specific than to say that the black background is implemented, but much of the text is black too.
The buttons and icons could be improved for high contrast with black background by removing the shading.
As a workaround, I can switch to a compromise theme with a gray background that works fairly well, but it is a royal pain to switch back and forth every time I want to check email. The other alternative is to use the default white background with black text, but this is painful if I use it for long, even with the brightness turned all the way down and wearing my protective dark glasses.
I am a long-time happy Pegasus user, for over a dozen years though I have never created a login here before. Thank you so much for all your hard work!
